When you send a request through our Food & Beverage form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), preferred date (optional), request type, party size (optional) and any information you choose to include in your message. Reservations made through OpenTable are handled by OpenTable under its own privacy practices.

How we use it

We use this information to answer your request by email or phone, arrange group dining or special occasions, provide guest service and keep appropriate operational records. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to operate this website and deliver messages: Netlify (hosting) and Resend (email delivery). They receive only the information needed to provide those services and process it under their own terms and privacy commitments. When a page loads, your browser also requests our typefaces from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address.

Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above or to meet operational and legal requirements. The form is sent over an encrypted connection and delivered to our team by email.
